Is there any way these regulations could patch some netcode glitches like the no machine guns in the right hand glitch or missile whitelock? (I haven’t played yet but I’ve heard these are issues you need to build around)

Probably not. Those issues are fairly fundamental to the game unfortunately. That said, the restrictions aren't really that restrictive
