Can you please make a video to help with hormonal weight gain? I suffer from endometriosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome and because of this im on a hormonal treatment that causes me to gain a lot of weight . Im on youre burn app that i follow religiously and i only eat healthy foods. I dont know what else to do

Hi there! This is a question with no single answer because everyone's body, fitness background, muscle structure is unique! So: I combine HIIT and cardio for all-round fat-blasting to make sure I stay trim, BUT it is crucial to be toned! Add some strength training in slowly and you will not change overnight! So it's easy to test the waters and see if for YOU you start to consider this workout with this weight something that makes you consider the appearance bulky (also; a different opinion for everyone) and if so, tone it down a bit. Simple as that! 😉😄

Hi Rebecca! This was hard! I did use heavier weights, 10 lbs for each hand and on some moves i had to move down to 8 lbs in each hand, and let me say that my triceps were shaking by the time i was done. Fantastic job!! #icanfeeltheburnrebecca 🔥🔥💪💪

Loved cardio/arm combo. Had a harder time being coordinated enough to do bicep curls with leg switch. I had done something similar previously but was arms overhead and tricep dip at top. With back stuff (a couple fused discs) I was a bit slower with bear clawl, but I did it-kept moving the *whole* time, even if I got in a few less. #ICouldFeelTheBurn #25Down15ToGo

Also, I loved that you didn't discourage people (esp women) from taking up the weight. The images that some people have of what they will look like if they dare to go higher than a 3 lb on arms or 5 lb on legs is laughable to me.

If I had a penny for every time someone (women in particular) asked if 5 lbs or more will make them "bulky".... no no no, and this will NEVER EVER happen overnight - you'd know if you were lifting THAT heavy and eating THAT much protein. So yes: no fear, life heavy, challenge your body and grow those muscles ❤️💪
