Obviously to have more and more strength you need to grow muscles, but nowhere in the video does she say this workout is designed for that. It's just to exercise that body part in a fun way

@@robertan.2491 I think you are missing the point entirely. You don't grow muscle IN ORDER to get strong! You must train CORRECTLY, with good form and with evidence-based exercises in order to grow muscle AND get strong in the process. And yes, EVERYWHERE in this video and in its description the uploader refers to "toned arms", "toning" and "defined arms". Guess what? "Toning" is just a vernacular expression to denote muscle building. There is no such thing as "toning". The expression "toning" is not distinct from muscle building. The silly girl in this video warns us very kindly that you won't build big, bulky muscles with this workout. Well, most females don't build those bulky muscles anyway even with proper exercises. But one must absolutely train properly in order to build any kind of muscle, however small and "defined". So to conclude: the exercises in this video are obsolete, futile, nonsensical and worthless. Don't expect ANY results whatsoever from this kind of training, no matter how inexperienced you are!!!

@@Eudaimonia88 wtf calm down, if you don't like these exercises, don't do them. "Toning" is not growing muscles, it's simply strengthening the muscles we already have and working them out. There is a difference in how the muscle looks if you almost never move it vs if you work it out, it gets a lot firmer. And you literally confirmed getting strong = growing muscle. Yes it must done properly, but people absolutely grow muscle in order to get strong. Everyone has different goals when working out, you don't know what the girls are trying to achieve here, if it doesn't suit you, feel free to leave.

Ich habe noch nie bei KZbin kommentiert, dabei mache ich deine Workouts fast täglich, liebe deine Dance Workouts und kann sie fast auswendig mittanzen, aber das hier war eine ganz neue Art von Workout und ich hab es ab dem ersten Takt geliebt!!! I did this workout twice this week. The first time was so hard and I almost cried. But the second time was completely different. Even if it was hard I enjoyed it so much and now I can say I absolutely love this workout. It makes my arms weak and jelly but in a good way. 🔥

Very cool workout! Either my arms and shoulders are extremely weak or this workout is made for hulks 😆But I couldn't use weights even for the first 30 seconds. And without weights, it was super hard. I should have done some warm-up😔
