Armstrong Foils - Mast Comparison

These look great for slicing up larger vegetables. How did they do against steak or chicken? Can you comment on how well they hold their edge before needing to be sharpened?

Seems like there are some differences between the models as my Armstrong foil came with 60cm mast which is just unbearable in the sea chop while great for a shallow lake.

Most of the Armstrong kits come with the 72cm mast as the stock set up. The foils like the HS850 that are made for higher speeds and bigger chop come with the longer 85cm mast. Some of the more entry level set ups like the CF1550 V1 come with the 60cm mast to make it easier to learn on.
