Edit: the subplot of people thinking a cat is Gordon Freeman and the present is beautiful He did miss the super important secret story piece at the end, though. The bit with the “leak” was a reference, but the thing you were supposed to read on the paper was “-place control points on degroot keep -Demoman -DON’T FORGET!”, and right before that, demo was looking for the control points, which weren’t there, and to get through the gate in degroot keep, you need to capture the control points.

whenever i hear an american say he likes chinese food, a part of me dies a little, cuz from what i hear, american chinese food is awful, on par with junk food. if you feel like traveling literally halfway around the world, come on over to malaysia. singapore is a more popular for tourists, but stuff is more expensive there, so malaysia is a pretty good alternative. also, have some locals recommend you to good places to eat, and not just gravitate towards fancy restaurants with AC and tablecloth. and always order some kind of tofu dish at a chinese place. tofu was slandered to no end in america because of that weird time period where parents gave their kids raw tofu as a "healthy meat alternative" when its supposed to be eaten raw about as often as regular meat is, being fucking never. on a somewhat unrelated note, i once ordered 3 medium size pizzas because of a promo and ate almost all 3 in one go. i fucking hated myself by the end of it.
