Massively underrated side project band. If they'd come out in 99' they'd have been huge. This sound just wasn't big anymore, sadly.

@garysorensen7724 Жыл бұрын
I agree, Richard does not get the reconition or appreciation he deserves. The DeLeo brothers are also great musicians and song writers. Robert DeLeo is all over his bass guitar in this song. The Solo I would consider to be a lead and bass guitar solo in this song.

Song from my favorite all-time album, back in a time before rock and roll became integrated into country, and before rock became grouped into trashy low quality heavy metal. Made during a time that phenomenal songs like this were forgotten to R&B, rap, club mixes, pop music, littering the radio. This songs got some class to it, and that drummer is something else! Sucks that they only made 1 album, cause they kicked ass.
@chriscampbell91912 жыл бұрын
More truth than poetry to what you say, brother. This album was a classic, wall to wall. From Doesn't Seem to Matter to this radio hit to the last song (which was kind of a sad one, if I recollect) -- every track was good. Soundtrack to a distant era. I miss that decade.

AoA was a great and totally unrecognized band. I wish they would have hit it bigger and put out more records. As much as I will always love STP with Weiland, I’ve seen the new version with Jeff and he’s no slouch either. They put on a good, solid show. I’m fact, they were better with Jeff than the last time I saw them with Scott. That show they came on almost an hour late, Scott rambled too much in between songs, and his voice became hoarse about halfway thru the show. The show with Jeff started promptly and they just blew thru a tightly played set list.
