साहब आपके बिचार बहुत अच्छे हैं मै भी दो साल पहले सेना से सेवा निब्रित हुआ । मेरा सोचना है की इसी तरह किसी जवान को सेना मे रहते हुए भी इज्जत मिले तो उसका मोटिवेशन लेवल बहुत ऊंचे दर्जे का होता, लेकिन होता क्या है जब तक जवान सेना मे है उसकी कोई इज्जत नहीं है अधिकारी तो बात करने मे भी हिचकिचाते हैं पेंशन जाने वाले दिन बोलते हैं ये जवान बहुत अच्छा है। यही इज्जत उसे समय से मिले तो जवान चाहे प्रोफेसनाल काम हो या एड्मिनिसट्रेशन हर काम मे अपनी जान लगा देगा। जय हिन्द राम राम
