Yep, apparently (according to the wiki since I haven't watched at least the last 15 years of the Simpsons) He was in the 5th episode of Season 28, where he replaced Kent Brockman as the new anchor. Ugh, so crappy. AND it was the only episode written by Harry Shearer (he should stuck to voicework and improve work, it seems)
