My daughter (6 years old) just started learning this exercise with Mr. Wiley and she's having a blast learning the patterns. I called her in to watch this video and I can see it finally click for her, now she sees the actual application of the moves and she's loving it! Excellent demonstration as always

I am so glad to hear that your daughter is training with Mr. Wiley. She is in very good hands! I also had no idea that you still watch my videos, Firas. I miss you and your family! Stay in touch.

Trapping hands is a great and fun drill. Take it slow and you will master it in no time. 👊
