Ali was an insane thoroughbred. Don't forget he lost so much in 3 plus years on the suspension. But still he discovered how amazing his Chin was and how durable he was mentally & physically. To think he fought so far past his prime in wars with Frazier 3, Spinks twice, Shavers etc. Just special. But Arnold is pretty motivational too

It's always really interesting to me to hear about how different bodybuilders train. A lot of them train to failure, believing that is when the muscles are stimulated most to hypertrophy. But many other top bodybuilders say that it's not necessary. I was privileged to meet Bill Pearl many years ago and he told me that he doesn't believe in training to failure. He felt it was counter productive. The current science talks about 'time under tension', rather than training to failure. Although, the latter might achieve the former. So it sounds like perhaps the best way is what fits your personality.
