He was taking more than a few dinabol tablets. At least 10 or more daily. But the thing is you take them in cycles. You don't stay on them the whole time. You go off of them for a little while during the off season.

and die early regardless. Unless you got the money for 3 heart surgeries. Rich Piana is my example.

Arnold is not honest. Back in the day, they all liked to say that it was just a finishing touch, just a way to keep the muscle they built while dieting for contest. Or it was just a little bit. Believe what you want, but other guys like Ric Drasin have debunked that.

Good post... They always downplay. I also really enjoyed Ric Drasin's channel when he was around and was an influence on me and my content :)

Oh yeah, it's not even a question. The right genetics + the right stack of performance enhancers is the real key to winning Mr. Olympias - of course, diet and exercise still have to be efficient and play a major role in stimulating muscle growth, but they objectively have to use steroids in order to compete against others who are. Even the most elite natural lifters can't compare to someone genetically similar who's on juice. There is a gray area, with people like Mike O'hearn who most would think has to be lying- but I know from my own personal experience, not everyone accused of taking steroids is. I was accused long before I actually did start taking them, and so were 2 friends of mine who never did end up taking steroids. I wish I wouldn't have, because I had a natural physique and strength that was more than just adequate.. and I fucked it all up taking steroids to try and push my body a bit further. Now, I feel like I have no choice but to continue taking them, or accept that I'll never be as big as I once was, or could have been, because my natural testosterone just isn't what it used to be. It used to be 3× higher than the average person 100% naturally - and now it's about 2/3 of the average persons testosterone. If you're thinking about doing steroids for the first time - don't. Work hard, eat good, sleep good, and don't compare yourself to others. You are you, and you don't have to be the biggest guy in the gym all the time. Just be the best you can be. No one ever regrets not taking steroids - good sexual function and natural muscles are better than shrunken testicles, swollen biceps, and a lumpy chest. I was one who got out lucky. No gyno, and some semblance of normal testoerone levels is the best you can hope for, unless you want to keep spending hundreds of dollars every month on something that will most likely shorten your life span and has a high risk dampening your quality of life.

8-9 weeks before competition. Hahaha😂

Arnold's not being totally truthful. He once said he took 'roids six weeks before a competition. Now, he says eight or nine weeks before. In reality, my guess is that after his Mr. O wins, he'd get off the roids for three months to let his endocrine system get back to normal, and you could see the difference. His thighs got skinny, as did his forearms, and he lost a fair amount of size. He was still big--still had big arms, chest, and calves--but he wasn't totally awesome. After that, he'd probably cycle his 'roid usage, six weeks on, a month off, then add another type of steroid (stacking) and another six weeks on, a month off. Just my guess here, but six to nine weeks before a competition? Only that? I ain't buying it. I'm not denying that Arnold had great genetics. He did. He also worked out like a madman and was careful about his diet. And he had a very responsive body to training AND the drugs. But I still don't think he's being entirely honest.
