I never knew what Arnold actually went through as a governor. Sounds like a dream job and nightmare job at the same time. He seems like a person who would like to give all the resources to everybody, so it must be really tough to say no and limit the help. But it's great to hear there has been will to find solutions and agreements and help people other than just picking and choosing who gets funding. Reducing emissions too, such a difficult thing to get through - to motivate people and companies. I really like the idea of having a will to do good and admitting that you don't know the best how to do it, but you can motivate all the people who can work together to pull it off the way it should, you can bring people together and stop arguments in favour of finding solutions people can agree with together. That is such an important role to be able to pull off. The way he puts it is also so beautiful. You don't really want to be the leader that divides people, who picks sides. You want to be the one uniting and driving it forward together, trying to improve everyone's lives a bit. You can't win in everything and you can't have a utopia come true, you can mostly just have small wins and like in sports and skills be better every day. I also feel like Arnold in a way was the leader America needed. All I've been hearing is fights between people who think differently from each other, leaders or not just quarreling. Having someone who's not clearly taking sides and who people know as a wholesome and respectable character, in a way a hero of America, could be really useful to unite people. He has a different stamp on his forehead than a political side.

Whoever told Arnold that heart surgery was routine was lying. My father also had a valve replaced and he opted for a metal one instead of a pig valve like Arnold did because he didn't want to go back ever 10 to 20 years to have a new one put in as his doctor told him you could die every time they do it and not just that but your chance of dying during it increases each time you have it done.
@halimkbas2883 Жыл бұрын
My father was also informed about this. The advantage of the pig valve is that you do not need to get Coumadin or whatever medicine is used to regulate blood viscosity. Metal valves last long but they have the risk of blood clot accumulation. Arnold might be a little older than your father. Doctors do not assume that we will live forever. So, they might have thought that before he needs the pig valve replaced, Arnold would most likely die. He is 76.

Is it me? Or is Arnold looking more and more like santa clause?

You don't often get to see how charming Arnold is, this interview is wonderful.

Arnold is 77. Only a year younger than Drumpf but far smarter & reality based. Too bad he can't legally run for president. He'd be the first republican in the job I actually respected

He’s a Republican I would actually vote for. The way he speaks and his policies I almost don’t understand what’s Republican about him

One of the MOST impressive Americans we have ever had. His faults aside as a man. He is an amazing human.

He still looks healthy/good, you'd think hitting the gear back then so much would set him back with age. He still seems to be mentally and physically crushing it.

I think “so much” may be a stretch. The difference with Arnold’s class and the newer classes is the old dogs didn’t abuse it. They cycled leading up to competition, then stopped. The point wasn’t to get all the meathead muscles possible, it was to win competitions. No comp, no need for gear.

I really wanna see him go all silver. the brown hair/gray eyebrows is definitely a look.
