I think you're spot on with a lot of hype surrounding this event in particular and there's definitely a ton of training philosophies from back then that have gone the way of the dinosaurs. I don't have much of a dog in this fight but I find the whole thing incredibly interesting. I like Mike, his training his physique. I like what he says about the ‘laws of nature.’ But I always hear him whining.. a believer in the hierarchy of nature should not whine and ask for ‘justice’ as there is no such thing. Arnold clearly Believed in such hierarchy(back when he had high test levels). But Arnold clearly displays the personalities of an actor, and a politician(mildly sociopathic). He even admits to giving people the wrong advice several times on camera.. But it does not matter because had a superior physique and mindset..

to be honest, arnold got huge arms and chest. while Mike was more symmetrical and balanced. u can clearly arnold legs how bad they were compared to any of the athlete on the stage that day.
