There’s not that many days in a year whether you’re using the moon or a reg. calendar. It was from the time when John says “behold the Lamb of Elohim” to Shavuot = 490 days - and/or “a lamb of the first year” as it says everywhere in the Torah. Please go read the Scriptures again, it says to count off seven Sabbaths then add 50 days. Also, do this on your Roman Solar calendar then on a lunar/solar Hebrew calendar. Hummmmmm?

You're that one guy that just likes to be awkward aren't you? I don't know what scripture you're reading, but in mine, the context of it is clear; "the next day after the seventh sabbath you shall count fifty days, and you shall offer a new grain offering to YeHoVaH." That means that the day after the seventh sabbath is completed is counted/numbered as the fiftieth day and is the Feast of Shavuot. Look at the examples of both the Torah and Ruach HaKodesh being given; they match up with this; not your own vain interpretation of 49+50+99 days that you've come up with. It never says to count seven sabbaths and then add another 50 days. Also, why on earth would I try to calculate a Biblical Hebrew feast on a Roman pagan calendar? Are you a troll?

@@shadow_ow2 ,the Sabbath is an appointed time, you set that on a Roman solar calendar. And if you use a lunar calendar to count off seven Sabbaths, you will end up with more days than 50. The 50 is a separate count. Not try to cause contention, just trying to make you think.
