Purchased my forth Taylor, welcome the new builder's edition 324ce grand auditorium the best o three other I own. The quality of the sound and the playability is amazing. Taylor has reach the top of the food chain with this release. Andy spent a few minutes with us before we went on stage that evening. Folks I can't stress the amazing sound this 324ce can give your audience! Absolutely as powerful as the 800+ series. I own them and this one is so sweet and plays like butter.

No pick guard 🙌🏼🙌🏼 I love it. The front strap button is Finally placed out of the way - perfect 🙌🏼🙌🏼(again) The smooth satin finish …. it’s really fast on the back of the neck . Bevels, rounded edges…. I am seriously ready to sell half of collection after getting the 324ce builder’s edition.

I went to GC to actually play a rosewood Taylor because it was in stock . I was thinking of buying a used Tak rosewood and needed to hear one because I have 3 spruce over hog guitars. Anyway I realized I am not a rosewood fan. In the store was also a 324ce. I played one chord on that guitar and fell in love. It actually sounds better than this video….and played like butter. I’m going to get one here real soon. For those making comments and judgments without playing one you’re selling this guitar short. I also played a Gibson that day too and Nope. The 324 will not be the loudest guitar but it sure is a stellar guitar.

Nice one Jack, beautiful guitar too and great playing (as always). With all that wonderful stock at your finger tips and this new personal view / new candid approach, I would love to hear your verdict and see you perform an up to date comparison / shoot out based on the typical D28 standard around that price range (say 3k tops) ... Thanks buddy.

What are your thoughts on the 324ce mahagony top as well? Driftwood guitars tells me I bought a crappy guitar because it’s v class. I disagree. And I love the v class and that’s why I spent 2400 on the regular 224ce on builders. Thoughts on this guitar because driftwood made me feel bad but they are also very arrogant and love to put down other makers like Taylor and Martin and Gibson etc. Thanks!

Also it sounds great 👍

I know Taylor has the v class rights but being that it’s so good why don’t other makers try to make something similar or get permission from Taylor? I mean can taylor own the rights forever?

As a decently experienced guitar chef, what you’re hearing is reverb and strings. This guitars sounds like…. Not garbage, but I mean.. does this actually sound good to someone? Top of food chain? Better than Santa Cruz, Froggy bottom, Somogyi apprentice guitars?

I can never buy enough guitars to hurt the planets tree supply ( so I’m over hearing about the environmental mumbo - jumbo) maybe you environmental tweakers can get a guitar made out of recycled plastic water bottles. Poly- guitars, live your dream… if you are really concerned about the environment, just “check out “ and the planet will be spared from your cr…p.

Very beautiful guitar for $3000 but the sound that comes out from this guitar is like less than $1000. I own 214ce ($1,000) and I think it sounds better than this one.

So you prefer Sitka over mahogany. I think the hog top mellows out the sometimes too bright characteristic Taylor’s can have. These 324’s look and sound brilliant to me. But I’d love either one.

We're you in the room while he was playing? No. You listening on your fancy iPhone? Probly. This guitar is far superior to your 214 I promise you that.

@@HVACRTECH-83 True! I played both and a few others in guitar store and 324ce BE i far better, even better than some more expensive models. Beautiful guitar...
