Xhosa rebellion always makes me laugh, however tragic it was, the irony in how the Xhosa killed their cattle to save themselves, and then were starving because of it.

I like thinking of rebellion being just a skirmished that was so crushed that the only perspective mainly left to tell the story can call them rebels to their regime still going on, whereas revolution is a change that we can all look back at. By the way, for more native reactions, specifically Africa's, I'd start with analyzing the 2009 Scramble DBQ. I never understood counting Tupac Amaru 2 because it's more like Unit 5's 1750-1900 Political Revolutions of an old empire, Spain's.
