We got a pile of snow this week! Time to see if my 1105 is ready for its first job. Snow removal!

that's the kind of neighborhood most people never experience, we grew up doing all the all the houses that needed it on our mile section of gravel roads and sometimes the road itself so people could get in or out including the school bus k not always happy about that one) my brother still on the farm continues this up early clears snow for him self then neighbors then does chores and off to work . the world needs more people like this kiddos to you JT

Ran a back blade behind our Ford 5100 for years until dad bought a McKee snowblower for it. Amazing how much snow came back at you. Dad bought a 7700 with a cab & heat the following year.

Pushing and pulling snow is OK but trust me JT it’s more fun when you can send it back where it came from. Lol. Find yourself a good Lucknow snowblower. You guys probably don’t get much snow or single auger would be fine but the dual looks better. I have a massive 165 as well gas with an 8 foot snowblower on it open station sucks I agree so I’m jealous my grandfather back in the day head 27 series I believe with the gray cab and a 1105 that’s why I like watching your channel. I love Massey Ferguson tractors, especially the older ones. Once you get a snowblower, JT will be hooked and you can say here mother nature have it back lol cheers bud

So awesome that you take care of your neighbors... in the coming years, community will be everything! I was a bit surprised that you had the blade "straight." When I did that in heavy snow with my old Ford 860, the blade would just fill up and stop the tractor. I now cant the blade as far as it will go, run it in 4th gear, and the snow slides off to the side. Maybe when I get my MF 1100 running, it will just muscle through, like your 1105. Excellent video JT :) when age 13 to 21 age in Machinery Shed on home farm I help cleaning 2 driveways and one elderly family farm to because had 2 Desiel motor tractors and plus use blade in one like have sure help lots ! Since left home farm in 1997 do snowblower Machinery 2 driveways sometimes my one neighborhood neighbor farmer help me out too ! I enjoyed do anything for neighborhood neighbors too in any weather too !

That’s pretty nice of you to take care of the neighbors. I always did this in our neighborhood when I had farm equipment. I still do it when I have the plow on the truck. Awesome Video, Thanks. That’s also when I stuck my 1805 in the ditch, plowing the roads, county grader pulled me out. Seems like stuff gets broke if you do too much.

JT, those cheap chinese diesel heaters make excellent cab warmers and even better engine warmers. You just set them up to "pre-warm" the motor then have a damper valve to direct it to the cab.

Hey JT, my winter toy is an old Bobcat 530. 20 crazy HP she's all go! When I bought ity wife looked at me with that, Why?, look. Now she won't let me think of selling it because it works great for that heavy wet snow we get as well. I tried helping the neighbors but I got mixed responses due to the digging up of the grass and driving off the edge of the sidewalk a couple times. Where's the love??😢

Hi JT that is one good looking 1105 yours has a different gear pattern than ours did we a three speed with hi and low. I guess not much difference in them. Hey I heard you say you lived in Michigan. The other day when you were working on the 1800 I saw your propane tank is that a Crystal Flash tank I saw. I'm asking because I worked for Crystal Flash for a few years before I got hurt and they are in Michigan. I live in Cadillac Michigan up north. I think they they have a branch south of Grand Rapids.. Just wondered. Keep up the good videos.

I am hoping to put up a new workshop in the near future and just keep the old barn for storage. That is why I have only the minimum in my current building. They get me by if nothing else
