wow I just notice that you put the string in advance already before tightening it up... saves much time doing that. nice....

It also stops very long lengths of string being caught on things (machine, table, cat) when rotating the turntable, as almost half of the string is already in the frame.

Used this pattern on my N90 the other day. Works perfectly :)

Where ever it works. :D On some racquets you have more than one option but you should be able to find a grommet that will hold two near your last main.

Hey YuLitle, i love your videos! Just one question, in terms of racquet life, is this method safer to use than 2 piece stringing? Thanks a lot!

In the circle of friends I play tennis with, the guys that string their own racquets tell me "Oh box pattern and round the world, you should string that method!" Noone can tell me the benefits over the standard 2 piece stringing that I've been doing for so long. PLEASE! Someone tell me, what's the benefit of this or the box pattern over the standard 2 piece (first the mains, then the crosses) stringing???

Less friction between strings. For examp if your stringing gut you want as little friction as possible

So are there any rackets that cannot be strung using this method?

PLEASE HELP!!! I have an even number of crosses and if you try to start the crosses by going through the first top cross, you essentially go back into the hole you just came out of- you insert the string through the hole when you finish your mains but in order to do the first cross, you have to go back into that hole. I hope you know what I mean!! Help!!!

Some racquets have shared holes. What brand and model are you stringing?

@Mjws290714 жыл бұрын
@1101godtube Depends on how experienced you are, in my case, around 4 hours, but I bet in YULitle's case around 30 minutes.

Do you have a vid where you do a ATW where the mains start at the head?
@rishijai4 жыл бұрын
If the mains start at the head therer is no need for ATW stringing as the crosses will always start at the top of the racket.
@g2tennis3 жыл бұрын
@@rishijai Not always. Prestige Youtek IG MP starts the mains in the head and finishes at the bottom
