projectE has TNT that feels rather weak at first (nova cataclysm) however 2 things make it powerful: - you can stack this TNT, basically when it gets blown up by a different nova cataclysm, it merges together to become even stronger, so the more of these you put down, the stronger the explosion will be - any loot from exploded blocks gets teleported directly to you

An "infinite TNT" could exist. When activated, it adds a function onto the world generator to remove all non-bedrock blocks. This function is also applied to all chunks already generated. No explosion actually occurs, but with this logic, the entire world would be converted into bedrock flatlands, _as if_ an infinite explosion occured.

hbm nuclear tech mod is probably the strongest simply because it's the most realistic. It sends out a powerful shockwave that can kill beyond the crater even and irradiates everything around it. And you can modify the blast radius in the config too. By default tsar bomba is the strongest at a radius of 500 blocks but I have a good pc and have managed to set it to 2500 blocks with no issue. Some of them can even blast through bedrock since they use their own explosion mechanics. And that's not even considering all the other nasty effects some of these have, such as radioactive fallout far beyond the crater.
