@@nicholaslueck5385 Actually, the municipal liability insurers pay the judgment. If the judgment is large enough, then the insurer will cancel the policy, or refuse to renew. That puts the Mayor at political risk, as then the next Judgment comes out of his budget - and he will have to raise taxes! At that point, the Mayor gets voted out. This is the sweet side ofcapitalism: when it hits the municipal pocketbook, then these thugs get fired, go on the hiring blacklist, and they are out. Nobody will hire them because the insurers will cancel the policy due to unacceptable risk.

No, it shouldnt come out of the police pension fund. Other officers should not be penalized for the actions of these cops. Many States use a single government run laboratory to process ALL blood samples for ALL criminal cases in the State. Needless to say that creates a backlog. This will only get worse as populations increase. In CA, law enforcement officers use ANY hospital with a lab and the hospital gets reimbursed by the State. Totally. FOUR weeks is forever. A whole week until Christmas feels like forever. So basically they traumatized this baby for the longest time EVER, took Mama away, stuck in a strange place with strange people and food - you have no idea how much trauma that poor baby suffered. All because Karen wanted to be a big shot and the LEOs could not/would not admit they made a mistake. They couldn't care less what that baby suffered. But I bet every single one of them will claim they did it to "save" the child from an abusive situation. These people are so ignorant they make me sick. How could you possibly believe tearing a child from Mother, home, and all things familiar is not trauma?

Oh its much worse than that. Remember, this mother is a nurse who just got off a 41 hour shift at the hospital and its September 2021. The flu thing was still going on, not at its worse but people were still getting it. So you want to know why she was acting a little weird, how about exhaustion. Did these investigation professionals (LOL) take that into account at all? They should have just thanked her for doing her job and wished her a good night. Also, whats up with the day care Karen? Was this mother screaming, running around throwing things and banging her head on the walls? Nope, she was walking around and mumbling to herself. Probably about some sick shite she saw in the last 41 hours of working. Maybe more conversation was needed here and less 911 calling. I think its time that we talk about the epidemic of Karenism going on in this country and their overuse of the 911 system. There's too many examples of this to give as evidence just from yt cop videos. Maybe the cops need to start charging people with misuse of the emergency system. It has to stop.

What freaks me out is they NEVER consider the trauma done to the child. Or they just don't care. Screwing around with adult's lives to get your jollies is bad enough - but an innocent baby? These are MONSTERS! I'm sorry but it's true. Absolutely MONSTERS. They don't care if impounding your car means you just lost your only means of transportation because you will never have the money to pay for the tow and "storage" rates - rates that start the minute they pick it up. The tow companies are in collusion with them. They don't care if your car has a flat and you simply can't change the tire by yourself. There actually was a time when an LEO would HELP a woman change a tire. Believe it or not! But that was decades ago. Nowadays it's all about the money. How much money they can generate for the town and how much they can pocket when the tow truck driver gives the cop his "cut". Everything today is "officer safety". Honey, if that's what you wanted go get a desk job somewhere. Police officers are supposed to be heroes! The only people they "serve and protect" is themselves. Videos like this are so hard to watch - they traumatized that baby to serve the ego of daycare Karen and themselves. Revolting

@@kendallsmith1458 I realize that now. That was the beginning of the end of me trusting cops. A year later I saw a car hit a person on a bicycle. I was first on the scene and tried to help the victim. He was bleeding from everywhere. Nothing I could do and he fell into a coma and later died. The car that hit him stopped and it turns out it was an undercover cop off duty in an unmarked car. He was drunk. When more cops came I tried to give them my eyewitness account. They refused to take it. Instead, they sent to detectives to my house at 11pm to "ask" me what happened. I told them and they wrote out a completely different narrative they wanted me to sign. I said nope. I told them I would type out my narrative and sign that only. Which I did while they waited. They took it and left. Years later I was asked to testify in a wrongful death case against the county by the lawyer for the family of the victim. On the stand I was handed a police report and asked if it was my signature. IT was NOT my narrative as it was hand written and not typed and it was NOT signature. The judge stopped me and said, "you know what you are saying, don't you?!" I said yes. This is fraud. The cops threw away my narrative that clearly stated the cop hit the bicycle and put their own in that said the bicycle drove into the side of the car as it was moving. Total lie. The idiot attorney for the county couldn't discredit me or my testimony so she settled with the plaintiff's attorney as fast as she could. I'm glad that you addressed the balance issue. I have a medical issue that causes my balance to be off. They would snatch my behind up. Thank you.

My goodness. After working those long shifts I had to actually lift my legs out of the car. I could barely walk and I took no medication.

as long as there is qualified immunity, incidents like this will never end

@WeThePeopleUniversity love your channel man! Wow, truly eye opening. Police today went from being really good cops who cared to militarized ones that only care about enforcing laws. Zero empathy or reason. What a shame

USA is such a dystopia, I can't believe people aren't emigrating.

@@matszz people don't leave because the US makes it nearly impossible. Taxes owed to the US every year even when you aren't living or working here, a cost to give up citizenship (thousands of dollars, over $2,000) plus stories about the US continuing to track you even after you are no longer a citizen. No one wants to deal with it. My best friend became a Swedish citizen in 2015. Died in 2016 and his parents had huge hoops to jump through to bring his body back for burial. And he was a veteran to boot. His family paid a couple thousand to bring his body back by plane and then more to be able to bury him. This was on top of some fee to bring a non-citizen's body into the country for burial. It was ridiculous.

@@arrjee9474that’s a little extreme. Daycares are terrible places for the most part (not all, just most).

What is a single mother supposed to do? How does she support her child and herself? This woman was a nurse. Working during COVID. I lived down the street from a hospital for over 20 years - we were in there quite often as my husband had a chronic illness and knew many of the staff. So many were so overworked during the pandemic - it was not like regular long hours. The volume of patients increased daily. These people were doing their best under extreme circumstances. They not only should be paying her $$$$ - there should be a PUBLIC APOLOGY. The fact it took soooo long to resolve this - more than likely trying to find a way to charge her with ANYTHING - is just disgusting. Just once can't they man up and say "we screwed up"? The trauma they put that poor baby through is terrifying. I'm thoroughly disgusted

@valarianne2284 daycare will always call authorities before they talk to the parents. Talk to neighbors or coworkers if she didn't have friends there. I'll never agree with the narrative that daycares are good. 😬
