3 cops and not a complete brain when combining all 3 brains. They HAD TO KNOW that what they were doing was wrong if a complete brain was available. Apparently New Mexico has a jury pool of idiots just like these cops. NO SANE PERSON WITH A WORKING BRAIN COULD WATCH THE VIDEO AND FIND THE CONDUCT SHOWN TO BE REASONABLE.

@@noctisocculta4820He's on THEIR property and he's a CUSTOMER - the store can't be responsible for everything that happened, but I'd argue that they had a basic duty of care to established whether or not this poor guy had actually done anything wrong before the police hauled him away. Where was the store manager?. It should also have been obvious to anyone within earshot of the checkout that he was struggling and needed assistance. Instead, he was harrassed, arrested, dragged to a police car and then locked up - all while he was pleading to understand what it was that he'd done wrong. Shameful.

Correct this is regarded as people with disabilities act and there is a lot of violation here. Both Target and officer Skeens here both discriminated this here man. If you can remember officer or should I say former officers Skeens murdered a man in cold blood at a gas station stating he's got a gun. They found no gun. He was acquitted on that charge but perhaps and I only hope that this here violation is a nail in the coffin. I know one thing though and at least it's a good thing is he can never wear a badge again. Have you ever noticed that when a bad cop winds up fired or arrested, they claim they are the victims. We the taxpayers who are supposed to support our local law enforcement we are the criminals the police are just the victims. Actually it's called the camera and all seeing eye that never blinks and never sleeps. As you can see or hear officer Skeens says that it's all being recorded. But as we all know the camera can be just as dangerous as a weapon to the police as a gun, because a camera plays no favorite. The camera did not convict the disabled man but rather it was the camera that convicted officer Skeens.

if anyone tells you to do anything, you have to do it because they might be police. if someone lies to you and says that they're police, you apparently have to do everything they say no matter what, including submitting to abduction and/or physical restraint binds. no they don't have to prove who they are. just shut up and do whatever they say. they see no problems with this because they're at the top of the chain. they can't be hurt by it. it makes life more dangerous for literally every other person in the country, but it makes their job slightly easier (having you submit immediately without proof of their legitimacy), so they're fine with the trade-off.

Officer says. we're gonna stand you up and we're gonna put you in that patrol vehicle over there. Sound good He says no, that does not sound good. That was a hilarious response, but I'm still almost in tears for the way they treated this man.

There is nothing that can justify arresting a man clearly trying to pay for his purchase. This customer was definitely profiled. Not one cop stepped in and said his money is out to make the transaction to pay. They all ignored it. Every one of those cops should be charged. This is despicable and criminal.

It reminded me of the other case where the old, disabled, severely unwell woman wanted a Covid test before leaving hospital - so the hospital staff called the cops - who dragged her out, manhandled her, shoved her in the wagon - and she died. She was in such distress and had a reasonable request. And everyone involved treated her like a concentration camp guard.

America, the only country where you can be arrested for buying something and trespassed by police officers that have no authority to do so, there needs to be more vetting and more reviewing of officers to prevent this type of behaviour.

SMFH I was a security guard at a subdivision. There was a disabled man with ADHD and sometimes got violent. We knew who he was and always tried to be gentle with him and keep him calm. Usually we got his mother to come take him home.

If he hasn't left the store with it then you can't call it stealing. Moreover, if he is standing in line at the register waiting to pay for it you can't even call it suspicion of stealing.
