Having an arrest or criminal record at immigration never used to be a big deal, but that isn't the case now. Now, the immigration officer will need to review your case with a supervisor before making a decision.
Having an arrest record will slow your case down. Always have all of your arrest records ready at your immigration interview, but only give them if they ask.

if LPRs qualify for the stimulus checks, please do a video on whether receiving the checks might mark them as public charge and whether they need to put that information on the N400 form in the future.

jI am a former police officer I spent 8 months in prison for bribery in 2014 but in 2018 I had my rehabilitation. I have a family immigration file. I passed the interview at the consulate with my children there were no problems but the consulate officer did not speak of my antecedent that I declared in DS260. but after a month I received an appeal from the consulate asking me

Hi We have an GC employment interview next week , I was arrested 10 years before for a shoplifting of rs 20$ . Will my gc be approved ? if approved n since we r 2019 n the current is 2017 so we have to wait for our physical GC . No idea for how long should we wait but in case of emergency if we have to travel out of India how should we ??
