To be honest, I watched this episode of your program with non-stop laughing. admire from my heart, It takes a lot of courage to join the wave of tourists during a long holiday in China, but one good thing about China is that no matter how many crowds there are, they are well managed and there is no need to worry about pickpockets or extortion, this is where I can't found in tourist attractions at most countries.

Greetings from Singapore! I'm amazed by your China series, it seems that there are endless things to explore! I have been waiting everyday for a new video! If you are interested in speaking or learning Mandarin (Putonghua) you may start with using 'hanyupinyin' such as how you just said 'hongyadong'. It's extensively used in countries like mine where we've been Westernised and most of the citizens can't read Chinese characters anymore. It's like the English version of Chinese and they do have it on Google translate. Think of it of something like translating Russian Cyrillic alphabets to Latin Alphabets. Visiting China is definitely on my bucket list and I think it will take at least a year to travel to all the states! Hope you guys are enjoying yourselves! 😍🤩

16:41 The pork bun you had is not a sichuan dish. It's from shaanxi province with the name肉夹馍, AKA the famous roujiamo, pronunced "Roger Mooer". Literally means "meat stuffed bun". The pork was cooked for three hours with twenty secret ingredients. There are two versions of the bun, one is original non-greasy version (the white bun) and extra-crispy-greasy version (the brown bun). You had latter. Roujiamo is a shaanxi specialty, but you can find it in almost all northen style noodle restaurant, like the one you are in. But the most genuine ones are to be found in shaanxi restaurant. Xi An is the Capital of shaanxi, my hometown. Famously for Its noodles and other mid west Asian style snacks. It's called the capital of carbohydrate. Welcome to explore Xi An!
