This is the 6s EXB not the 1/5 th scale… I think everyone already knows that the Xmaxx is a more durable than Arrma’s 1/5 scale Kraton and Outcast. When you start comparing speed and handling and just an all around better performance Arrma takes it all day…

The battery indicator on the transmitter is for if you have the spektrum smart batteries.

I have an EXB 6s and the Sledge. I have hardcore bashed my sledge it's tougher. The EXB is a handling machine. I would love to race my EXB. It only needs a 4s lipo

It’s awesome . M2c chassis brace rear skid plate will help good if you’re jumping . Adds ease of mind and confidence 😂. Mine likes to come off the ramp with some throttle and commitment or it will lawn dart but it’s easy to correct if it’s vertical . I lawn darted the fifth pack and the servo went 🙂‍↔️

It’s a whole new world, baby! Stoked for y’all! And yah, stock electronics in general are way better in Arrmas than Traxxas. As you said, you can turn the braking up. (as well as the punch/etc)

Awesome to see Arrma and Traxxas on this chan. The diffs are the weak points on all 6s trucks it seems. The chassis is bulletproof had my EXB chassis 2+ years

The AVC ST rate knob is the amount of AVC not the steering rate/travel on the EXB. You can program in more brake rate, it is easy with the Spektrum programmer. There is another way to program it as explained in the manual but it a pain in the ass doing it that way.

@@redbanditracing Yup, like someone else I see mentioned it is like the TSM knob on your Sledge. If it is set too high on a speed run it will make the steering wobble real quick left and right. I think you will love the Kraton EXB if you liked the Sledge. They are very similar. The way I have mine set up I find the Sledge seems to handle a bit better and the Kraton a bit better at jumps and stunts. Looking forward to more vids as you guys get used to it. Be warned the front axles tend to pop out of the drive cups on a hard landing. You can remove the red cups on the lower arms and the washers on the upper arms and that will stop it from happening. I did that at first but now have some after market drive cups on the front that are extended by 3 mm so I put my red cups and upper washers back on mine.

Hi! You have brake rate on the remote and I don’t think is a good idea to put adapter on 3s battery..

I know a lot of people say C rating is mostly BS, but I'm curious how y'all feel and why you are using Traxxas batteries with a discharge rate of 25C in an ARRMA which requires a minimum of 35 or 40C.

For now it doesn’t seem to be a problem. We are looking in to getting the Spektrum smart batteries.

@@redbanditracingdo yourselves a favor and skip the spektrum batteries. I’m personally a SMC fan but both Spektrum and Traxxas are overpriced for what they are and the ecosystems too locked down.
