Looks great buddy awesome video I'm going to have to get my V4 kraton out on the track. I don't have much options right around where I live but I live in Southern California so there's definitely RC tracks all over Riverside and Los Angeles County. Quick question though, as far as tires, should I get smaller tires than the big giant copperhead 2's that come on the V4 . At least if I'm going to run on the track ?

I know this was a long time ago, but did you ever tune it for the track? It is a handful in bash configuration. I've been track running my Talion and Typhon, but I want to build a Kraton purely for the track.

Maybe 5s is the power you need it? 50/50 faster and control ;P

Unfortunately the stock esc doesn’t support 5S! I’ve tried before. It thinks it’s 6S then goes limp quick.

Yes i know, i use 5s on my Kraton, but for that you must Change lipo for NiMH and use 1 lipo alarm 👍

I have a 4s kraton that in the shop should i go All Metal gears and shimm input gears to metal gears so there is no flexing of plastic gears which i don't want back in my Truck differentials JUST stripp the plastic input gear in time so for my 4s kraton 2400kv Motor 15 Tooth pinion gear mah5000 14.8 50c and i have a back up Battery mah5000 14.8 100c Battery fully stocked just slipper Clutch and gears are giving me problems hopefully when i get it out then more problems for a while only drive my Truck on Baseball Diamond and grass no heavy bashing at All ps somebody outthere give me good professional Advice.

Bashing Over Racing oh it most definitely is! This is a 10th scale track, but we still race 8th scale buggies on it. Truggies nope.
