Seems kinda lame that Benz would not have a electronic 3rd row or at least an easier way to putting the 3rd row up. The fact you need to reach all the way in to put them up seems a huge afterthought

NEVER buy from them! Tried to buy a Mercedes GLE 450 from Arrowhead. I was out of state and negotiated the price and was told they were holding the car for me and sending me the paperwork to sign right away so they could get my credit card number for the deposit. An hour goes by.... I called to let them know I never received the paperwork. Sales manager says, no problem, he will send it again....another hour goes by still no paperwork. I called 3 time and no return call. Next day the sales manager was off so spoke to another person and told him my situation and he said he would get back with me right away. I called 4 more times and no return call. Next day the initial sales manager calls to let me know that they sold the car. This was a cash deal that I thought was done. What a run around and waste of time... if you say you are doing something then you should do it. Don't trust Arrowhead BMW.
