Mexican White Rice ❤
I’ve got to say that this is my favorite rice, I can actually eat this everyday I think, it is very easy to make and it is delicious! The vegetables are so perfect in this dish, I hope you get to try it.❤️
Ingredients _______________
1 C. Long grain rice (or jasmine) rinsed and dry
2 1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/3 C. Chopped onion
2 large garlic cloves
1/2 C. Water
2 C. Chicken broth (low salt)
1 Tbsp Chicken Boullion (i like Knorr brand)
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 C. Chopped carrots
1/4 C. Green peas (frozen)
1/4 C. Corn (fresh,frozen or canned)

Hello Rachel I've just started watching your videos and I was wondering if you was from the south. I'm a tried and true southern woman from north carolina and alot of your dishes is like mine while I was growing up with my momma and granny. BUT I married a Mexican man almost 30 years ago so I never know what to make for supper it could be a southern dish like pintos fried taters and cornbread or Chipotle chicken,enchiladas, or spaghetti I can cook authentic mexican,southern, itialian, fried chicken and meatloaf with mashed potatoes my husband never knows which nationality food he's going to be getting lol. He's gotten used to the southern side of things the only thing I can't or won't cook and that's menudo. But watching everything you cook looks fantastic and I'm truly following you to get some simpler directions and hay that turkey was one beautiful bird when you finished. I just absolutely love how you cook 🍳 😍 😁😆❤❤❤💖❤💋💋💋

I just watched your white recept, and I am gonna try it cuz my rice always comes out sticky and not fluffy. I use 1 cup rice and 2 cups of water, but it doesn't come come out fluffy. I'll try your way and I'll let you know how it comes out. My companion likes it fluffy, hopefully your way will come out nice and fluffy like yours.
