Thanks - most informative. I suspect my 2500S has equally decayed swivels as it doesn't want to self centre the steering. The boots are done. So, I'll be ordering a rebuild kit from Rimmers in the new year - probably no point doing it over Christmas. Freight to Oz might be scary but the parts are very cheap compared with modern car OEM equivalents. All the best for Christmas. Steve.
