Every thing has been shite since 1971 Except for 3 years in the 80,S. IN 1971 we lost a european cup quarter final against Panathanicos and 3days later an FA. cup semi final to Liverpool,, it broke my heart and it has never been a total joy since then to enjoy except for those wonderful days of the mid 90S,....... but the feeling and undeserved love for Everton has never gone away and am so proud to be an EVERTONIANS and so in awe of our fanbase who truly are the unique

I don't think man city and Liverpool goalkeepers are much better... If they faced as many chances as Pickford does in a game, they'd be flapping with the onslaught. They face what, 3-4 really good chances in a game, the way we play in a defensive manner, we're pushed throughout the full match.

Pickford is the sort of goalie you (we) love to play with, but hate to play against. If he was at Utd/Arsenal, etc, he'd be a 'God'. Branthwaite, I think, has (in his mind) moved on to City already. Great bonus point today, not expecting too many more before January though. Hope we can afford a goal scorer in the next window, 0-0 is bearable, 1-0 is better. COYB.

We shouldn’t moan that no one rates Pickford otherwise the likes of Chelsea or Man U would be after him. He is miles better than their keepers. Listening to an online conversation about who should be Chelsea’s next keeper and Pickford wasn’t even mentioned. Absolute madness but the longer he stays at Everton the better.

Dyches team are a bit like Jack Charltons team with Ireland. Capable of very good results against the better teams but struggle to beat the teams they should be beating. Unfortunately for Dyche he lost a lot of those games when even a point would have kept the wolves from the door somewhat. He's probably 5 or 6 points below where his team should be and if we were on 20/21 points now the pressure would be off all round.
