This squad during the Emirates era before 2013-14 was equivalent to Everton, Luton or maybe Crystal palace of today..only Wenger's wonder that can bring them to UCL nights every season..going to the KO round is considered a bonus..the board during this era were very grateful of Wenger.. imagine how many million they can save from the UCL money n the top 4 finished without spending big unlike their rivals..no wonder Wenger said top 4 during that era is like winning a trophy.. something that Jose don't understand until he managed the likes of Spurs n Roma..
