I was looking for more noodle exercises for the pool to add to the ones I already do. I looked at four or five videos before this one but they didn’t seem to use the noodle effectively. Then I watched this video and was very happy to find the type of exercises I was looking for. The two different camera angles are a big plus. Thanks so much!

well, as former 'fear of water' guy, I am no2 68 and have 'discovered' noddles - and they have transformed my exercise world. Actually, they have helped me 'start' an exercise routine. "Better late than never?" it appears to me, by watching this young lady... 1) balance is quite important. I can still drown! haha so I will have to work on these slowly at first. 2) there are a few of these, being a man, etc. that I probably wouldn't dare do... know what I mean? But there are some of these that I will give em a try! thanks who ever it is that made this video.

Question... Does using the noodle provide more resistance and burn more calories? OR, does it make the exercise "easier" and burn less?

Hi Laura! The noodle is buoyant and we use it mostly for added resistance by pressing it down and use it against its buoyancy. The noodle can also be used to support our body in different positions, like when sitting/“riding” on it and rowing with the arms. Hope that was helpful. Enjoy 😉

Hi Shelly! yes, the recovery from water workout is faster, but still listen to your body and see how you feel. in general, healthy people with no issues can workout in the water daily. enjoy :)

Im 280lbs and a noodle holds me. In the pool it doesnt really matter your size
