A quick, transformative stretching session using just a stick! In under 15 minutes, we'll enhance your flexibility and mobility, making you feel more limber and less stiff. Suitable for all levels, this routine is your step towards easier movement. Grab a long stick, and let's start stretching!
You can also perform this stretches with any long stick you may have at home such as broom stick. I'm using this stick in the video:
