My dad does has a hobby where he builds things with bamboo ( we have plenty here in GA). He gave me two pieces that he varnished and used fire to make them nice. They are about the size you have. I did not know what to do with them. Until now!😀I've been stretching like you and oh man ! What a difference! I wake up less stiff. Thanks! Subd and liked.👍

The exercises were pretty good. It was very hard to follow because the verbal explanation was very poor. You had to watch it to actually know what she was doing but I wanted to actually do the exercises and not just watch them
