Some in my region (Penedes, Catalonia) like Marc Soler. The Italians train mostly in Italy (at home). But like most of the nordic riders (above France and Italy...) train (and live) in the south of Europe. Mostly due to the weather conditions (and some take the other obvious reasons in their considerations where to live, IYKYK)

He is right it wasn’t anywhere near 1400 watts, I’m presuming you are heavier than Jonas. He wasn’t really dropping you on those sprints even with head start, you were doing just under 1100 which means he was most likely under 1000. What is interested is he is practicing attacks. It looks like point of these videos is to send a message to Pogaca. I believe he has modified part of his training. Love this! I can’t wait for 2025 TDF. I love Tadej but we have to see a battle where both of them are at their peak. I am hoping Jonas fully recovers and Tadej doesn’t end up f himself up with that new bike. Jonas looks in good shape, hopefully he is in great shape by summer. This is the one nice thing I say about Jonas in 2025. :)

@ there is no random training days for Jonas. Full sprint interval training in December days apart where Pogaca made a point to go after KOM that made Jonas famous and helped him sign with JV… there isn’t anything random between TP and JV. This is war and I f love it. Boring cycling is gone forever, this is the new area. These guys have another 3-4 years max, they are entering their peak performance. They can last maybe 2-3 years max, they gonna do anything they can to affect each others performance and preparation. The rest of cycling could take 3 years off for what I care. Nobody will do shit for the next few year. It’s these two guys until some other 15-16 years old comes along.
