Very nicely explained thanks 👍 Is there any advantage to taking out the Belleville washer stack and rearranging them ? Some of these models have weird stacks of (() ((())) ()), and I have read usually they are stacked () () () () for low pressure and (()) (()) (()) for high pressure 🤔

Have you tried a different stack?

Can you make a guide on how to adjust the trigger? I cant find it anywhere, the out of box trigger is too heavy and has a lot of creep in second stage

Thanks I wish you had a few more videos especially concerning your import line of products.I don't love a videos on working on the trigger and Ive been patient in waiting for some replacement magazines as the one that came with and the extra are terrible.I have a non pal unit and my regulator is set at the factory 130/140 it's kinda hard to see exactly and I have been really trying to find some decent accuracy with my gun.I believe some of it has to do with the trigger while sometimes I believe it may be barrel I hope to run a shot string and see where I sit after that

I found that the hammer tensioner moved during use. So rather than using Locktight I bought another side hex screw (one of the 2 which hold the silver plug) longer than original and cut it just long enough to pinch the hammer adj screw to prevent it creeping.

Great useful review. Can you pls help me to guide about what is the procedure to increase number of shots on my Snowpeak M25. Its just giving me around 25 shots per fill on company settings. Thanks in advanve

Hi! Sorry for the slow response. I would start by turning down the hammer spring tension at the back while using a chronograph. You will have a minimum velocity you need for what you are doing so that is going to be determining somewhat your shot count but if you are getting such a low shot count it sounds like quite a bit of air is getting wasted so I think you should be able to turn down your hammer spring tension some before losing much velocity. That will help a lot. If you aren't needing a lot of power you might try removing the pressure tube and turning down the regulator another 25 or 30 bar and then doing the hammer spring test over again. The lower the regulator the more shots you'll get a fill, though you need to balance the hammer spring tension for the regulator pressure or more air will again be wasted. Hope that helps. Another thing is to avoid using too light of pellets. Pcp are generally more efficient with heavier pellets so you can squeeze a few more shots out by upping your pellet weight.

Hey again Wes. I’ve recently had mine apart to add another transfer port one putting it back together. I can’t pull the bolt action back at all it’s catching on the trigger but can’t work it out for the life of me been sat here couple hours
@mattsmith92252 жыл бұрын
Sorted it now Wes. I’ve put a 5mm Transfer port in it and tensioned the hammer spring up but not achieving what I want. I was using a 3mm port and hammer spring tensioned to full and achieving 33fpe. With the 5mm I’m only achieving 27fpe. (Same pellets) my regulator is running just under the 2. any help would be much appreciated

@@mattsmith9225 glad you got the cocking issue fixed. Sounds like the regulator is set pretty high. You may need a heavier hammer spring to take advantage of that higher pressure
@wesbashforthairgunarcheryf61662 жыл бұрын
A longer spring of the same gauge wire would work too. I believe I still have a few of the springs here for the non regulated version of the M11. They are quite a bit longer than the regulated version.

Cheers Wes. Think I’ll be buying the brass power adjuster very soon so I may aswell grab a Hammer spring at the same time from your site. Will try find a business round me in the mean time that could make me the same spring might be difficult though. Gonna try bring the reg down at the weekend fill it back up and see if that makes a difference if not I’ll strip it down and put the 3mm port back in for now until I have the new springs. Is there anything else I would need?
