For those who can't be bothered with the maths, with the heaviest pellets this pistol is shooting at marginally over 23ft/lbs. For UK citizens this means "Go straight to jail, do not pass go, do not collect £200".

Im grateful to be living in South Africa at least I can buy a decently powered pcp and although we dont need a licence up until .22 One of the top shooters and content creators openly said that upon asking the cops about a liscence they told him as long as its air powered no liscence so nobody is really forcing those gun laws 😁👌

I tuned my .22 cal version to about 600fps for quite a few shots on a fill. I think it’s 45 or so. Pretty flat curve. Funny, the JSB 18gr is still the best for me. Earlier I had tuned to 740fps, but the trigger pull was too much, even when adjusted. The hammer spring was nearly as tight as it could go! So I backed it off for better trigger and more shots. BTW, I consumed a lot of pellets while tuning!!!

That's a lot of power from a little pistol. In UK we 're limited to 6ft lbs for an air pistol. But get a better shot count. Really nice pistols. I love mine .

In caliber. 177 gives excellent results both in target shooting and hunting, just put a folding culatin and makes excellent shots, in caliber. 22 or 5.5 makes a lot of curve

Good evening mosieur. Excuse me, but I do not understand English. what is the diameter of the best group? how much turn for the regulator? how many turns for the spring of the hammer? Thank you. Django from Belgium.
@gregorkamensek39235 жыл бұрын
HI. I did not measure the groups, you can get a rough size estimate form the video. It is not possible to know how much to turn the regulator as it is very hard to access and to know how many revolution you made. Hammer tension is set to max (you cannot adjust it further) for my setting of about 130 bars.

@@TheDjango1 No, I haven't. I prefer JSB, although Baracuda match is the best pellet of H&N selection so it would probably be very accurate as well.

I just ordered this gun. I think I want to try shooting it with a simple scope like yours it’s more of a challenge. Can you recommend some small scopes?
@gregorkamensek392311 ай бұрын
Hi. I assume you are talking about red dots. I use Vector optics red dots. They are a good budget option and a good match for this pistol. If you are talkin about actual scopes, I don't have any experiences with pistol scopes. Those have to be long relief version. I use scopes form Discovery and Vectors as well but I don't have any pistol scope.

@@gregorkamensek3923 Yes, just looking for a very simple scope. The simpler the better because I want to test my abilities. Thanks for getting back to me.
@gregorkamensek392311 ай бұрын
@@surreallife777OK, red dot is a good choice then. But pay attention to the mount. Almost all red dots have picatinny mount and the pistol has dovetail, so in this case you will need an adapter.

Which one do you recommend, the s-a or the w? How Close are they in performance?
@gregorkamensek39234 жыл бұрын
It is hard to say as I had each in different caliber, I would choose based on the looks you prefer and weather you want open sights or if you intend to use red dot. You may get slightly more power with S-A and maybe S-A will be slightly louder but otherwise, the main difference is the looks and sights ...

@@gregorkamensek3923 sweet! What caliber would you pick, the 177 or .22? Is there a big difference?
@gregorkamensek39234 жыл бұрын
There is definitely a difference in power, you will of course get more with .22, but also slightly lower velocities. I would suggest you choose based on what is more important - shot count or power.

Now that I have lapped and made a new crown on the barrel, they are very accurate. It is also very interesting, it seem that JSB has increased the head diameter their pellets. The new redesignes have 5,56mm head as well as the new batch of Jumbo heavy, they have 5,58 mm (before they had 5,52). I have to try them in K1 now, the might work much better... Both old (on the video) and new Jumbo Heavy are very accurate in this pistol.
