I had my left hip replaced 4 months ago and am trying to delay surgery on my right hip (also with OA) as long as I can. This video has been SO helpful to get into an exercise routine to give my new hip and old hip much-needed movement and get my heart rate up. Thank you!

Good video.Found it challenging,not aerobicly but from knee complaining.I have some bone on bone arthritis but in May had also managed at the gym to get micro tears in my hamstring and ACL.Will have to adapt some of this to sitting but hopefully in the future I will be able to do this in it’s in it’s entirety.
