Hellooooo! Yes... sometimes I do... but depending on the dish... and if I don't have any of my Italian oregano that grows wild on my Italian mountainside... I'd rather leave it out!!! LOL! But yes... my Nonna used it too... but sparingly.

Absolutely YES !!! And the thing is they really aren't all that much work... Always looks longer when it's being taught. And this isn't one you make every week... But OH so good and definitely worth the trouble. I'm going to make a new video for this one of these days...
