The time has come when narrative of Article 370 &35A must be examined from National security, Economic & Geo Political perspectives must be examined and continuation of the priviledges granted to any community or region must be valued . We must change our mind sets . When we agree with any body for avaling or granting speific rights & privileges there is always implied power for review for its continuation or revoking. There has been persistent challenge to security of India through cross border terrorism. International Terrorists outfits have established their camps in J&K and are convertibg youths of J&K as terrorists and are being used for killing innocent peoples & soliders. Economically, Per capita investment is highest in J&K as compared to other states. that means highest allocation of funds for expenditature. Per capita CFood consumptio0n of Rice & Meat is highest in J&K. Per capita Food Subsidy is highest. Articles 370 &35A are dividing citizens of India in Two categories One J&K Specials Privileged Class & Others as Unpriviledged . Why and how long this social unjustice. A right time has come for revoking these special provisions . Sooner or later it has to happen. It may be done in Two Phases . in first phase Article 35A may be revoked by Presidential Order . If Modi Govt. will not do it now, next govt will do it. Then Why not Modi?

Abdullah was the chief minister once, wasn't he? Their rul was like "Andher nagari, chopat rajah..." Their goal was to turn kashmir into an absolute muslim state, for which they were ready to do whatever was needed. Import muslims from naqistan, throw kashmiri pandits out of the state... whatever...! But when they got caught in the act, red handed, then they would react just like how Farooq abdulla usually does. His dream was to become "prime minister" of Kashmir, just like they have in POK. PM Modi came and shattered that dream. Not only that, he is now planning to reinstate Kashmiri Pandits back in their homes in Kashmir. Their 72 years of work is awash. On top of that, now everybody is questioning their intentions. He's lying. Article 370 was not introduced by Raja HariSingh, It was brought by Nehru at the request of Abdullah senior (Nehru's step brother). Ambedkar opposed it and rejected to place it in the constitution. Then Nehru approached the then president Dr. Rajendra Prasad and introduced the article 370 through him. This article had not gone through any discussion in parliament. It was only the personal decision of Nehru. The main aim of this article is to keep Kashmir in Abdullah's hands permanently.
