Shabink Pavithran that’s just inviting pathogens and will get you all sick eventually, just get a carpet that you can take out and clean. Artificial turf is collects a lot of dirt, dust and other organic matter and is not meant to be installed in small spaces indoors with the exception of big open, indoor spaces like malls, offices etc.

I had purchased my outdoor artificial grass turf from a specialized flooring company, so not only does the “artificial grass” have the drainage holes, it also has an elevated flooring component that connects together like a jigsaw puzzle. This also has drainage holes throughout. This allows not only for drainage, but for air to pass through and under to prevent any growth of mould and mildew. Might be something further you can look into. Hope this helps.

You don't need to remove it as it has drainage holes,so if there is slope it will drain out...Otherwise also it dries up.
