Idk how much you like heavy music, but Sleep Token is EXTREMELY captivating. His vocal range is ridiculous, and he's a musical prodigy, he can play (and does on all the EPs, albums and singles) all the instruments from guitar, piano, synths, bass and writes the lyrics and composes the melodies. So for the albums there is just Vessel(singer) and the drummer (II, said as TWO) that does the recording in studio. For their live shows, they have a bassist (III, three) and a guitarist (IV, four or IVY). Vessel plays a keyboard for several songs, so III & IV play the parts that Vessel did in studio. Yes, they are.masked and anonymous , and they have a whole lore to go with the band. Vessel even uses his own voice for backup vocals in studio. For live shows there are three women (Vesselettes or a group on their own called Espera) that sings backup. I suggest you Google their story, get a little bit more familiar with the reason they call themselves Sleep Token 😅. I just saw them the beginning of May, they had all venues sold out on their TEETH OF GOD tour. Their live shows are called RITUALS, and we gather to WORSHIP with our fellow fans. Im a Gen Xr, my daughter is 20 and she got me into them. We really enjoyed the show, easily one of the best live performances I've ever heard and that's saying something cuz I've seen KISS, OZZY, ALICE IN CHAINS, STONE SOUR, DEF TONES and KORN to name a few. I've been to so many concerts in my day 😂. Sorry to he long winded and writing a novel 😂😂 but i really hope you will jump down the rabbit hole 🕳️ and listen to their whole discography. They basically have no specific genre of music because they have elements of hard rock, metal/metalcore, R&B, hip hop, classical, grunge, ballads, blues and Jazz. They are from the UK, so it was a treat to get to see them live. They do not miss. Every song by them is unique and hauntingly beautiful. As for what to listen to next, you should listen to The Offering from their first album called SUNDOWNING. I liked and subscribed for more reactions on Sleep Token. I love watching people fall for them like i did 😂 their discography is about toxic relationships and all the songs tell a story when listening to them in order from the first EPs and singles all the way thru the ending song on their most recent album TAKE ME BACK TO EDEN. It's music that demands to be felt 😅. Just pick a song, any song and you won't go wrong. So excited for more of them here on your channel. 😁😁 Join us and WORSHIP ❤

They are so interesting and musically talented it's ridiculous. And his voice.....muah *chef's kiss 🤌💋 other songs to listen from the beginning..... The Night Does Not Belong To God The Offering Dark Signs Higher Sugar God's Take Aim Blood Sport (from the room below) and Blood Sport the album version. They both are so good but in Different ways. Each song is different and they like to keep people guessing. Just expect the unexpected 😂😆😁

Enjoyed your thoughts and breakdown after the music video. They’re an amazing band. 4 members that are a masked collective. They’ve only done a couple interviews ever. Nobody really knows who the members are. The lead singer is known as Vessel. The drummer is known as II (Roman numerals). They don’t fit into a specific genre. They blend elements of metal, jazz, funk, pop, r&b, alternative etc. Tracks like Granite is more R&B, The Love You Want is more jazz/alternative/pop the video for this song is interesting in the story it tells. Some hidden meanings involved. The Summoning is metal/funk/shoe gaze. Few of my personal favorites is Higher, Jaws, Ascensionism. There’s so many great track. I know a lot of people sometimes just say that. But really they have so so many great songs. New sub.
