Glad you’re enjoying Tom. I love to introduce him to new people. Speaking of introductions, I think you might have missed his opening piece of humor. I noticed you didn’t even react. He opened by saying, “This is kind of a torch song. It was written primarily for piano and fire extinguisher.” 😂 I’ll assume you know what a torch song is, even though it’s an old expression. He has an autobiography out, and several other books about him, and there’s many interviews and such on KZbin if you poke around. He’s been at this for more than half a century. Oh wow I guess I did miss that intro, that's funny, I like his way of breaking the ice and warming up to the crown instead of just diving into the song. Makes it feel more smooth and comfortable.
