But unless it was hip-hop I nevr got 2 hear it. Not until the beginning of the 90's anyway. @@redmuun519 I've been there too my friend. Listening to less music actually helps (you might not like this tip) 😂 But take care of yourself, do things that make you feel calm, EAT well!! When I had derealization, food and habits helped me the most. It helped a ton to have specific goals every single day, whether that's job or gym. Food - you NEED to have a lot of healthy fats and good protein sources. Try to forget about your derealization and try to live a normal life. If you will constantly think and stress about it.. it won't go away. Work, start lifting weights, eat good, try some breathing exercises to stay calm and relaxed. You will be fine my friend, I know for sure
