I actually think putting the depot in front of the bunker makes a lot of sense, partially because a depot is a lot tankier and partially because the bunker is going to be the primary target for ground units trying to attack and bust the front. And we saw it work in Leta's favor when Queen was hitting the bunker with an ultralisk and was only able to hit with one because of the more restricted surface area due to the depot. I'm pretty confident if there were more surface area and Queen were able to get another ultra hitting the bunker, the bunker would have fallen. Obviously, in this particular game, that wouldn't have been material because by that point, Queen was practically guaranteed to win, but it still worked in Leta's favor.

Its so interesting how hard things can snowball in broodwar. Ive seen this same terran build vs this same zerg build go so hard the other way just based on predicting which path the mutas might take so you stagger your turrets differently. Thats one thing i would really love to see terrans refine, if they could find an extra building to float to better spot for the mutas without completely sacrificing all pressure they could do i feel like Terrans could get a better mid game timing attack but also who knows how hard Zergs would abuse that if they noticed

If no upgrades are going, lift ebay to cover a turret? Mutas can’t focus that down then. Might it even be worth to have a 2nd ebay floating just for that purpose? I see Terrans desperately repairing turrets against mutas and it never helps … so think outside the box But I am not even an amateur BW play 😅

don't sleep on an ensnare switch up too for Crazy Zerg. u cut 1 ultra/2 muta. for an earlier queen and ensnare as additional army killer. it'll be like the bunker in the gasless expand tvp. hell, tagging a valk with parasite, induces restoration at a time when they want to be getting out vessels, irradiate, and 2nd ebay upgrading. just 1 queen has a lot of potential to tax terran's gas during transitional period, and it's a building you need to make anyways.

yeah ultra irradiate is only good if you float the vessle far away, which is risky, and get a few ultras spawning to rally point. Then they take the full damage basically.

Glad we humble engineers are getting some appreciation from Artosis ❤ Lost at least 3 workers to moota raiding, that's at least 150 minerals plus mining time. 1 bunker plus 3 marines under each command center at the mineral lines saves lives. In before snakes try to persuade against with words of zerg then "getting to expand for free", which the zerg did anyways this game at bottom left. Two bunkers extra and two dropships snuck around to the zergs main or preventing the 4th would have come in clutch! *it wasn't just a measly 3, it was at least 7... yeah keep greeding and coping you anti bunker entities.

To explain the misconception a little bit, though it may seem obvious to some. Why Artosis was mistakenly credited as the namer/inventor of the name for crazy zerg was because that's how a lot of non-competitive western sc fans became familiar or first exposed to the term, through Artosis.

SPOILER This is a really good showcase in what NOT to do against RT Zerg. Ran across the map to fight before sunks, but backed out. Third base of zerg went uncontested, Leta didn't control his marines well so Queen was able to keep his critical mass low. Basically Queen ran away with a game really early on that he didn't exactly outplay for.
