Seems like that engine stand needs a mount in the rear as well supported by 2 sides it rocks forward and backwards see those guys holding it steady as they rev it.

Did anyone else notice that there's no fuel going to the front carb? explains why it kept stalling when trying to idle and why it was being a pain to start now doesn't it?

I think it was a different color hose. The primer bulb was full the whole time. Just low idle/air adjustment was out.

same displacement smaller 1 or 2 cilinder engines that have much less friction losses and rev much higher reach 10-15 hp. The 10hp artus guesses on their website is accurate

Danke für Dein Vertrauen totas2000. Na ja, sagen wir mal wenn eine Zündkerze für diesen Motor 17 Euro kostet, dann kosten 12 Stück ... ein Zahnrad sagen wir mal 25 Euro .... und so weiter. Diese Motoren sind Einzelanfertigungen. Jeder Motor wird mit sehr viel Leidenschaft gefertigt. Danke an euch treue Fans. Ohne euch gäbe es dieses Projekt nicht. Ich schaffe das nur weil es EUCH gibt. ARTUS-V12 Mensch war doch nur ein Scherz ! Ich habe die größte Hochachtung vor Dir/Euch und nix wäre schöner als so ein Teilchen zu besitzen, aber ich kann mir vorstellen was so ein Motörchen kostet, wenn das überhaupt irgendwie bezahlbar ist. Aber ich kann mir das leider nicht leisten :( Ich fliege ja nur, aber so ein V12 in so ner hübschen ME109 und dann ein schöner Platzüberflug ... will gar nicht dran denken !
