Happy New Year, Fulton. Lovely print and I’m sorry your cold has lingered. Hope that you feel better soon. I know your space is limited, but I find I can’t stomach washing away so much paint on my stencils, so I now have a second plate to my side where I put the stencils down to transfer some of the paint and pull them when I can. Makes a second layer almost like a ghost - but obviously not a true one. Similar to your second pull phenomena- this “ghost print” layer often produces beautiful results. The bigger the planned print’s plate - the more excess paint there is. So I’m loving my “recycled ghost layer” ♻️ 👻.
