Where can you park when visiting palm beach? Is there free parking at baby beach?

Yes, there is free parking. Shorter walk to the beach the earlier you arrive. Bring your own chairs and (if you have one) shade structure. Rental fees are steep. Also, be prepared to pay for access to a restroom.

So we can’t visit palm beach if we are not staying at the hotel?

Yes, you can visit Palm Beach. HOWEVER, the chairs and lounges put out by the beach front hotels are solely for the benefit of their guests only. You can sit closer to the water’s edge, but on some days that’s like camping out on an interstate highway. And then there’s the (incoming) tide.
