Liv Tyler is already stunning, but as Arwen she really does personify the word "ethereal." This look makes me want to try an Arwen-inspired look, but leaning more into the velvety duochrome look of her cloak. I'm thinking almost like a set of magnetic polish nails with that "velvet" look, but as an eyeshadow. I don't venture into cool tones that often, but both your look and the one I just described are calling to me!

This was one of the first times I’ve ever actually followed a makeup tutorial! I felt so magical all day…the detail especially of having the grey purple eyeshadow tone taken from her cloak was so inspired. I’m also a big fan of fantome! I think you’d love Immortelle 43|17 by Carta, they’re a small brand based in San Francisco (available through Ministry of Scent). I think we have similar scent preferences, really felt the comment about being attracted to heady scents but finding them overpowering when actually worn! Immortelle is sundrenched and luminescent with substance and projection. Highly reccomend a sample. The packaging is beautiful as well. Thanks for your tutorial!!

That's That's very good thing for a viewer but I also understand the amount of work you put into your content and wouldn't blame you for gaining traction through some advertisements too. I love this type of look. I think a more burgundy blush, like Merit’s flush balm in the shade Mood would look a little better, IMO. Congratulations on your wedding! I did my own makeup for my wedding, and figuring out what I wanted to do was one of the most fun experiences I’ve ever had.

@@evangelinemolly my wedding look was actually quite similar to this look, but I did more obvious falsies, and my blush was far more subtle. I think the blush is my only regret-I’ve gotten much more comfortable with blush since the wedding.

i love chunky lashes. volume over length every time. super long falsies just hide the eyeshadow and overwhelm most faces, but natural lashes with a few coats of mascara always look good imo. eta: for anyone else who’s cruelty free+vegan, elf has a really good (and affordable) dupe for black honey with their black cherry sheer slick lipstick. i really think it looks good on everyone.

I've always thought your True Winter look from your seasons series was your most beautiful one to date. This comes in second 😉. Those tones just do something magical for you. I love oranges/reds/rusts/warm tones on you, they bring out your hair but taupes/lavender/silver/crystal bring out your SKIN (and eyes).They give you a glow from within and feel very natural on you. I'm a fair olive like you but neutral/cool leaning and what you used today is what looks best on me. You being neutral/warm, you're lucky enough that you can play in the slightly cool pool in addition to your beloved grungy oranges 😉.

I love this look❤ Definitely will try to recreate it with maybe an eye gloss and more natural mascara. As an inspiration, maybe more for summer months, you could lean into minoan princess? Few years ago I was in Crete and was mesmotized both by minoan palace na Heraklion museum. The craftmanship (especially gold jewlery) of this acient cywilization drained deep into my brain. I imagine a minoan princess or a pristess with gold and turqoise eysechadow, almost circular ochr red blush (representing the sun) and bare lip or maybe a Clara Bow type lip. What do you think?

I did a whole video about it that talks about which henna I use and the process which I’ll link here! I’m not sure the brand name because I always recognize it from the packaging. I’ve also been trying out the Night Blooming fire genesis blend lately. It’s really nice but more gritty because of the other herbs in it so it takes longer to wash out. Your brows are perfection today! I just love what that ABH brow powder does to make your brows come to life. It’s like polishing a picture frame.
