Ngl Lifeweaver is the most fun support in the game to me. Evading enemies with the platform and saving people from certain death then getting the “thanks” immediately makes me lol

I had to watch this vid. I normally play bap and will, on rare occasions, switch to lw if I feel I'm not healing my team enough to engage in fights. I end up just feeling like a heal bot with very little support. It just ends up being worse and I switch back to bap for extra damage and it turns out better but not good enough. Idk how y'all can rank up as lw and Mercy. I need the damage to turn fights.

It’s possible but you’re way more at the mercy of your team playing the pure healer supports. ML7 did an unranked to GM with each support a few years back to see how easy it was to get to GM with each one and Mercy was by far the worst. Took him something like 200 games to do it while the other supports were literally like 20 lmao. This was before Lifeweaver but I’d imagine it wouldn’t be too different considering all he does is heal too. Lifeweaver is like a bandaid; you can save someone from bad positioning once but half the time you pull them, they go right back to where they were and die anyways so it’s like you’re just delaying the inevitable lol
