I guess I am old school. I was married for 22 1/2 years. We were together for 25 yrs. We got divorced in 2016. I tried online dating and it did not work for me. I was Catfished 3 times. The other times they only wanted one thing even though their profile said looking for longterm. I am 48 yours old. To old for games. I tried Match. EHarmony said I was not compatible. I am a Christian. Love the Lord. It was so much easier 30 years ago. I pray and pray for God to send me a good faithful, God fearing man who so we can grow a life together.

Don't give up. If you love the Lord, and ask him for a mate, he will send you the right person. I met the love of my life when I was 59, and married him at 60. He is a wonderful man who loves Jesus and loves me.

The story about the Jewish community is very fascinating! At my age and having two kids of my own I actually understand how having a few dates you should know if the woman is for you or not. This was a great podcast!

Hey Michael Jr, I got a question :) But first, i'm so thankful for the creative and unique ways our Lord has used, is using, and will Michael Jr! Dude is a rich blessing on this earth! ... Bless Pastor Kyle and his mother too, and her profound encouragement that we're all "not done w/life yet" On to the [rhetorical] question... (speaking as an adoptive parent with kid's aged 12, 15, and 16) - Should we, who are adopted by Christ, speak in ways that regard, esteem, and encourage adopted children? I feel like i know Michael Jr's heart and believe he would agree. Praise God for him. My kids, who also listen and watch MJ, will hear him lightheartedly slam Kyle that he's actually adopted (kzbin.info/www/bejne/mYvPhHmLqMhkqNU). Some adopted children will take that, thankfully, as intended. Some others though, and likely the younger ones take those comments to mean that by being adopted, they are "less". My kids have overheard those jokes/comments and as adoptive parents we fight against that narrative in our culture. Lastly, I absolutely hate that this is the first time i've commented on MJs content and that my dissection here is critical. I love the way his faith and love for God is impacting culture in meaningful ways. I should have added my voice in support long before now. So thankful for you Michael Jr!
