I have never understood pick up your medicine more than I am beginning to feel now. Your teachings always keep me centered and reminded of the path that is worth walking. It is heavy work, but knowing I am not alone in trying to remember is a deep comfort. I pine for an elder as you speak but will hold the hope inside. Miigwetch
